Instructions
- Remove the new air filter from its packaging
- Locate and lift open the vented door along the rear interior wall at the top of the refrigerator compartment
- Remove the old air filter by squeezing in on the side tabs
- The new air filter should snap easily into place with the depressable tabs facing you and then close the vent door
Reset Instructions
- If your refrigerator model has a built-in air filter status light you will not need the disposable status indicator provided with the air filter
- If not, be sure to remove the old filter status indicator and install the new status indicator in a visible place within the refrigerator (if your fridge has notched inside the vent door you can use those for the indicator light)
- To activate the status indicicator place the indicator face down on a firm, flat surface
- Apply pressure to the bubble on the back of the indicator, unti lthe bubble pops to activate the indicator light
- Check that the indicator is visible and you can see when it is time to replace the filter
