Aqua-Pure Plus DA29-00012A Samsung Refrigerator Water Filter

The Samsung Aqua-Pure Plus Refrigerator Water Filter DA29-00012A fits Samsung QuatroCooling Convertible (2-door plus 2-drawer) refrigerators with a long skinny filter mounted in the ceiling of the fridge.

The filter is approximately 2 inches in diameter and 9-1/4 inches long (11-1/2 inches including the "snout").

The DA29-00012A Filter is designed for use in system Model No. DA97-03175A and system Model No. DA97-03175A-B

The Aqua-Pure Plus Filter DA29-00012A removes the following impurities from your drinking water:

• 99.33% of Lead at pH 8.5
• 86.20% of Mercury at pH 6.5
• 95.70% of Mercury at pH 8.5
• 99.93% of Asbestos
• 95.70% of Benzene

• 76.96% of Atrazine
• 98.80% of Lindane
• 93.00% of Toxaphene
• 98.76% of Carbofuran
• 98.90% of 2,4-D
• 97.30% of Chlorine
• 99.10% of Turbidity
• 99.50% of Particulates (Class I)

As with all built-in refrigerator water filters, the DA29-00012A does not remove Fluoride

The DA29-00012A cartridge is tested and certified by NSF International to meet or exceed NSF/ANSI Standards 42 & 53

The Aqua-Pure Plus DA29-00012A should be replaced every 6 months or when the "change filter" light comes on - whichever comes first.

Installing your new water filter:

1. Open "flip-up" door
2. Push filter cartridge straight in until you hear a "click" - this releases the latch and allows the filter to be removed
3. Pull the filter straight out and discard (don't worry, the water will shut off automatically)
4. Push the new filter straight into the fridge until it "clicks" into place
5. Run the dispenser for 5 minutes to flush the system and purge all of the air from the new filter - then discard that water
6. Reset your "change filter" light (if your fridge has one)

Resetting your "change filter" light:

• Press and hold the reset button for 3 seconds - the light should turn green.

There's nothing in the DA29-00012A filter that can go bad, so it has No Expiration Date... It can live on your shelf for years.
