Returns

To return any item, for any reason, for a full refund** simply send us an email and we'll reply with return instructions within 24 hours. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.

Notes:

  • The customer is responsible for paying return shipping charges
  • All returns should be shipped via a carrier that offers package tracking to protect against potential loss


Exchanges

Getting the right filter can be tricky, so we've tried to make our exchange process as painless as possible. Here's what to do if the filter we send doesn't fit:

Orders shipped inside of the 50 U.S. States

  1. Send us an email including your order number and any information that will help us determine which filter you really need.
  2. Once we determine which filter you need, we'll enter a new order and ship it along with a FREE prepaid return shipping label for the return of the original order.
  3. Once we receive the original order back from you, we'll issue a full refund**.

Orders shipped outside of the 50 U.S. States

  1. Send us an email including your order number and any information that will help us determine which filter you really need.
  2. Once we determine which filter you need, we'll enter a new order, ship it, and send return instructions via email.
  3. Once you receive the return instructions, send the original order back to us at your expense - via carrier that offers package tracking.
  4. Once we receive the original order back from you, we'll issue a full refund**.

**Expedited shipping charges (FedEx Overnight, 2 Day, etc.) and International shipping charges (USPS Priority Mail International, FedEx International Economy, etc.) are not refundable.
