Having never shopped locally for refrigerator filters, I am uninformed about the price. It seems that such an item should cost less than it does. However.... The prepaid shipping is a boon; the speed of filling the order was extraordinary; the packaging was 100%; the website was easy to navigate. The occasional reminders of the product availability and the easy of just hitting refill were time savers. I am a completely satisfied customer.

It was upsetting after paying for delivery to have Fedex charging me extra $20 at my door without being able to justify specifically what it was for. He said it was the Canadian taxes, but taxes on the total purchase would not add up to $20. Adding the $20 made the overall price I paid not attractive at all.

I really like fridgefilters option to set up email reminders to notify you when to replace your filter and keeping track of how often you replace your filters and the specific filters you order.
