Fridgefilters.com makes it so easy. They send a reminder email with a link to what I bought last time so I can just click on the link and buy the item. I don't have to try to find the old purchase or get details about my frig, because they do it all for me. I love using this merchant!

Website should state that although the price is high, you are purchasing only one filter. Thought I was purchasing a 6 month supply until we phoned a Sears retail store when our one filter was delivered, and learned their price for one filter. This necessitated another order in which we learned it was cheaper to buy 1/2 dozen rather than one at a time.

Very easy- Sevice was great. I think the price is a bit high considering this is a item that needs to be replaced every 6 months. If the freight charge was included in the total price it would be very expensive.

This was a no brainer type of purchase. I was able to type in the model number off the label from my last filter I purchased at Sears (for $50). The website retrieved the correct filter and showed me the different quantity options 1,2,3 or 6 filters (I think) and I choose three units becuase the shipping was discounted to $2.49 and the filters were $36 bucks each, and I'm set for the next two years.

Found Fridge Filters online after the store I purchased my refrigerator from ordered the wrong filter for me, which by the way I had to drive 60 miles round trip to pick it up and 60 miles round trip to take it back. I love that they have the option to set a reminder when you order a filger. Consistently, I get the yearly reminder in my email, and within a couple weeks, the frig indicator light blinks out to that "orange-hey-I-need-a-new-filter!"
